Cheese, like many other cheeses, can be tricky to master.
Here’s how to make it in 5 minutes.
Mix together all the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine all the ground spices.
Pour it into a zip lock bag.
Shake it to mix the ingredients in and shake it in the bag.
Take it out of the bag and squeeze it.
If you need to do it more slowly, shake it to break up the texture.
Add some salt.
When you’re done, shake your cheese into the bag to mix it all up. 6.
Put it in your fridge for at least 1 hour, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
When it’s ready, put it in a jar or a container.
Add your cheese and spices to the jar.
You can mix it with your hands or spoon it on a plate.
Shake the jar in and out to make sure everything is mixed well.
Seal the jar and place it in an airtight container to store for up to a week.
